Portrait studio

Taylor stayed the night a few nights ago and while she was here she wanted to take a picture of the 3 of us. You can't see it but she laid out a blanket, put pillows under it and spent about 5 minutes getting all ready. She gave us the pose and told us where to sit and everything!! She has obviously had her pictures taken at sears one to many times ;) (In the background is thoughrouly modern millie....if you haven't seen this old musical with julie andrews it is awesome!!)

New favorite ride

So i got out the backpack and she LOVED it. I can't believe how much fun she has in it, laugh'n and sing'n the whole time. I thought it was super cute!

Engagement Announcement

We are announcing the egnagement of Taden and Alexa....2030 at the Sacramento Temple ;) Isn't this the cutest picture!!! We were at the stake activity and they were hanging out together!!! I got several pictures of them, but this was the cutest of them holding hands. Love it!!!!

Jonathan

So Jonathan is doing well. He sent a picture of a baptism he had this week. on the way home his mission leader was pulled over (who was giving him a ride) and the cop took the mission leader and the car to the police station. Crazy!!! Jon of course took a picture!

Daddy as a baby

Ok so she might look a little like Alex too.....isn't he a cute baby!!! These are the only baby pictures left from the fire they had a long time ago. So cute!

She did it!!

She rolled over today for the first time. She only did it once and when I put her on her back again to start over she got pissed!! I guess she really did want to be on her tummy and I crushed that dream of hers.....sorry!! I'll try and catch it on video tomorrow!

I need a double!

I don't know if you can tell from these pictures but she has her binki and her hand in her mouth. She does this when she's nursing!! I guess 2 is always better than 1 ;)

Grandma's house

We went to visit Alex's Mom this week and she LOVES Lexie. She kept wanting to hold her (which is fine) but then she kept trying to wheel away. We're like "where you go'n??" and she never had an answer. It was funny!

Newest game by herself

So she has started grabbing her clothes (usually a dress) and just sits there staring at it. It cracks us up!!!

Rolling over

This is about as far as she gets, but boy she's trying to roll over. It ends up she just moves around in a circle, but it's funny to see her try. She just needs one big push to get herself over her arm.

Diapers

Wow diapers really work well. The other night Lexie didn't wake up at all, so by the time we changed her in the morning the diaper was HEAVY!! Alex decided to weigh it....converting the weight to liquid he determined the diaper was holding a cup and a third.....as much water as inthe picture. hope you can see it well enough.

Bear Butt!!

Lexie has a onesie that has a bear on the bottom, the other day I was walking by and heard Alex say "what a cute bare butt" so I thought she was naked due to a blow out or something....doing a double take I noticed he meant "bear"...not bare. Just thought it was funny!

We think she's teething!!

Ok I know babies start teething at around 6 months but this kid is really acting like she's teething. She always has her hand in her mouth and instead of sucking her binki she sometimes chews on it. I sure she's not really teething, but she has been acting totally cranky!!
