Carving

For FHE this week we got together with some of our family to carve pumpkins. It was fun and Alexa enjoyed some cousin time. I just love Halloween. Alex did Jack from Nightmare before Christmas and I did a ghost.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch today with Jon and Holly. Lexie still wasn't feeling 100% (you can tell from the snotty nose) and didn't LOVE the experience....but we had fun. She went to the petting zoo, had a pony ride and played with pumpkins, all for the first time!!! It was super exciting to experience all this with her.

Girls night out

We all got together at Pluto's last night, way fun to get out of the house with the girls. Thanks everyone for coming....it was AWESOME!!

Bows

Lexie's bows were getting EVERYWHERE, so I decided I wanted to make a bow holder. It was sooo easy. I just painted a canvas pink and then attached ribbon with a hot glue gun. Really only took about 30 minutes. I love it and feel organized already!

Plumbers

Our downstairs toilet needed some work so we called out our plumber. It was a tough job but she got through it.

Playing

We went to the Johnny Apple Seed days and our camera died after 2 shots. She bounced in the play house (she didn't bounce at all, she stayed on her hands and knees and just laughed). The next day we went to the playground with the Nelsons and Scott, just taking a nice afternoon walk to burn off dinner!

Park

We went on a nice bike ride last week and ended at the park, it was so fun to just be outside not getting HOT!! The weather is so much better. Alexa had fun at the park and just ran around screaming. She had fun!!!
