Make up

Lexie is in love with make up! Every morning I have to keep her from putting mine on her! Then I decided to make her some.....I took old containers and cleaned them really well and put fingernail polish in them. When the polish dried I put Mod Podge on the whole thing to keep it from chipping. I thought they turned out cute and she LOVES it!!

Jump Rope hands

You know when the 8 and 9 year olds jump rope and they spend forever getting the rhythm before they jump in with their hands......this is lexies version! (wait for it, it's after the first try)

Angelina Ballerina

Lexie Loves Angelina Ballerina!! One of the nice members of our ward gave her a little stuffed Angelina today and she hasn't put it down since. FUN!!

Weekend at Almanor

I had to deliver a cake to Lake Almanor (see cake HERE)and so Alex and I had a little getaway!! Thanks to my parents and our friend Jen we didn't have to worry about Alexa at all!!! We stayed in a bed and breakfast and ate too much!! There happened to be an Arts Festival in Chester as well, it was a great weekend!!

Camping

We went up to Lassen this year for our family camp out. Lots of family members were missing, but we still had a great time!!! Lexie had 1 nap the whole time, she was very tired in the evening, but did sleep very well at night! Her favorite spot was cuddling with grandma!






Lexie started out clean each morning, but that didn't last long!!! She had a great time playing with her BEST FRIEND Bella!!

Lexie spent the majority of her time playing in the dirt, mixing, stirring, cooking!

The rest of the time was spent swinging on the hammocks.





We were at Manzanita Lake, more of a pond really. It was pretty and small!




Lexie REALLY wanted to get in, she was mad when I told her we were just walking around!








We saw a family of ducks, that was the highlight of the hike!




She actually fell asleep on the bumpy trail!







We had a great time, camping is so fun and full of memory making moments!!!
