Park

Becky and I took Alexa and Isabella to the park the other day and had a ball. Bella hung out with the other kids and Lexie loved crawling around. She went in the tunnel for the first time and didn't know what to think.....she just stopped in the middle. She loved the horse ride and loved the swing. It was sunny but cold and Becky made her a hat.....thanks auntie becky!

11 months

Oh how time is FLYING by!! She's been with us for 11 months, what has happened to my concept of time? Like usual, we are so blessed to have her!! She has such a personality already, stubborn, funny and loving! To date she....

- has 2 bottom and 1 top tooth, although the other top one is knocking!
- copies everything we do from holding the remote to her ear like a phone to waving.
- she gives kisses when you ask for them (most of the time)
- she is standing up everywhere. the most recent is in the tub so she's been taking showers with mommy....for some reason she doesn't stand up in the shower.
- her favorite foods are broccoli and asparagus....she eats a lot of things but LOVES broccoli and asparagus.


She is our everthing and we LOVE her!!!!

Cookies

I made white chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and gave alexa a 1/2 of a cookie and she spit out all the white chocolate chips. what is wrong with that girl???

Bathtime

This girl loves her bath. We have a lot of fun with her, she's learning how to splash and it's getting wet!!

V-Day

Alexa was sick so we didn't do anything for valentines day, really I had forgotten about it. But when I got up with Alexa around 530a because she was coughing I saw a card, roses and a box of chocolates from my sweetie. What a great guy!!

Sleep

Well Alexa slept in her own bed last night, the first time since she got sick on Wednesday. Is was awesome!! She went to bed at 9p and didn't wake up til 930a. I thought that meant she would feel better today but she is still a little uncomfortable. I think now it's more teething than sick. Break through the skin already!! Poor baby!!!!

Sick

I don't get it, she just stopped being sick and now she's sick again. The cough is back, fever and runny nose. Does teething bring on a cough too?? UGGHHHH!! Will it ever end???????? REally!!???!?!?

Getting ready

When I'm getting ready for the day Alexa just has to be involved!! It's much easier to have her up with my than crying down by my feet. The sink is a perfect little seat, I just hope she doesn't figure out how to turn on the water!

Goodbye!

Jared and Angie were here for about 3 weeks and it was soooo great to have them here. We have really missed them so much. Their family has grown into such sweet girls!! Here are a few pictures of the fun!








For their last supper Angie wanted to go to the Olive Garden. We got the back room and it was crazy! Angie's dad and step mom were there too.

After dinner we went to the house to say goodbye. We're sure going to miss them. Can't wait til they move home!!
